How to modify Olympus MC-14 to fit four third lenses
For some reason, Olympus does not want you to use their 1.4x tele convertor with the older 4/3 lenses. On the official website, only the following lenses are compatible:
M.Zuiko Digital ED 40-150mm F2.8 PRO
M.Zuiko Digital ED 300mm F4.0 IS PRO
M.Zuiko Digital ED 100-400mm F5.0-6.3 IS
M.Zuiko Digital ED 150-400mm F4.5 TC1.25x IS PRO
Some people were saying that it's not compatible with the MMF/MA1 adapters because of some protrusion. Out of curiosity, I bought a used MC-14 to try modify myself, and it works.
AF and aperture worked perfectly. On the camera, the focal length is still displayed as the native focal distance. Now you can use MC14 with the entire four third library of lenses.

Not happy with all the missing parts on my Olympus, so I designed and printed them all. Battery door cover - took me 6 iterations to get it to the perfect dimension, also the fact I was printing with an old 3D printer, designed to match the tolerance. Eyecup - This is a bummer. 3D printed lens hood for Olympus 12mm 2.0

This is a quick 1 hour project (excluding printing time) of designing a 3D printable lens hood for Olympus 12mm 2.0. The mk II was made on 3 Dec 2011, possibly the world's first DIY tilt shift lens that zooms, in stop motion. Key differences compared to the mk I: 1) Allows 'lock' on position to take timelapse video 2) Allows zoom 3) NO aperture control is a great disadvantage, reduced amount of 'shift' as compared to mk I.
